Roast Beef

This Roast Beef dish is an easy classic for sure to please your carnivore crowd!

Beuf rôti                                        

Ingredient A:

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Ingredient B:

  • 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbs Beef Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Beef Juice (from Step 2)

Directions

  1. Mix ingredient A onto the beef by hand.  Allow to marinate in the steamer for 2~3 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove from  refrigerator and leave at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Microwave for 5 minutes on 600W.  (Always adjust your cooking time based on your microwave’s output rating.  If in doubt check your user manual).  Once cool enough to handle, take 1 tbs of drippings from the base of the steamer.
  3. Mix drippings with the rest of the ingredients in B until smooth for dressing
  4. Use watercress or your favorite herbs to dress the dish. Cut into small slices to serve.
