This Roast Beef dish is an easy classic for sure to please your carnivore crowd!
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 tbs Beef Stock
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Beef Juice (from Step 2)
- Mix ingredient A onto the beef by hand. Allow to marinate in the steamer for 2~3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove from refrigerator and leave at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Microwave for 5 minutes on 600W. (Always adjust your cooking time based on your microwave’s output rating. If in doubt check your user manual). Once cool enough to handle, take 1 tbs of drippings from the base of the steamer.
- Mix drippings with the rest of the ingredients in B until smooth for dressing
- Use watercress or your favorite herbs to dress the dish. Cut into small slices to serve.
